Coco Peat is an organic Eco-friendly renewable resource that is used as a growing medium or soil conditioner. It is used as a substitute for peat moss, because it is free of bacteria and most fungal spores, and is sustainably produced without the environmental damage caused by peat mining. It has very strong water and nutrient holding capacity creating optimum conditions for plant growth.

Please note that it is advised that you buffer the Coco peat with Calcium Magnesium Nitrate (Cal Mag) if used as a growing medium.
